Girls In Aviation Day 2024 Sponsorship Form
The Tampa Bay Chapter of Women in Aviation (WAITB) will be hosting its annual Girls in Aviation Day (GIAD) at Sheltair Tampa on Saturday September 21, 2024. Entry will be FREE for all attendees.
Your partnership will allow our chapter to continue to provide this free event for not only local students, but all ages and genders to provide exposure to the aviation and aerospace industries. Additionally, any funding in excess of our goal will be used towards future community outreach projects and local scholarships.
WAI Tampa Bay Chapter is a 501(c)3 organization & all donations are tax- deductible.

We offer 4 levels of sponsorships to support Girls in Aviation Day. New this year is a Non-Profit, $25.00 minimum donation. We use Zeffy payments to support this function. 100% of your donation goes to support local outreach and scholarships.

Sponsor application deadline is August 1, 2024. Level 3 and Level 4 sponsor logo deadline is August 1. Level 1 and Level 2 sponsor logo deadline is August 31st.
Payment can be made by check, PayPal, or by using Zeffy with the above link. When using Zeffy, all of your contribution benefits our scholarship and outreach programs.
Please send a jpg or png image of your logo to waitampabay@gmail.com or to your GIAD coordinator through email communication. If there are specific usage requirements, please include them also.
Proof of insurance is required from all food truck sponsors. Please send this to Mariah Smith or to your designated GIAD coordinator through email communications.
Level 3 and Level 4 sponsors, your logo will be printed on our t-shirts. The deadline for your logo is August 1. If you would like a t-shirt, please let us know in advance.
On the day of the event, the hangar will be set up with tables. You will find a card on the table with your company's name/logo. If you have equipment/machinery please coordinate set-up with Mariah/Sheltair through your email communications. If you have supplies to bring in, you will have access to the front of the hangar to unload.
