Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office supports Women in Aviation Tampa Bay Chapter throughout the year by hosting our members for tours and supporting Girls in Aviation Day. With us from the start, each year they are a favorite for our guests who enjoy interacting with the officers and learning about the equipment. We thank the Sheriff's office for their continued support.
United States Coast Guard Air Station Clearwater supports Women in Aviation Tampa Bay Chapter throughout the year by hosting our members for tours of the Air Station Clearwater. A favorite among our members, the tour features aircraft walkthroughs and interaction with the Air Station service members.
This will be the third year the USCG Air Station Clearwater will do an aerial demonstration to open Girls in Aviation Day! We thank them for their continued support.
Tampa General Hospital's AeroMed team has been part of Girls in Aviation Day from the start. Each year, our guests enjoy interacting with the female aviators of the AeroMed team and exploring the epuipment. This year we are especially grateful to have pilots Sara Koehler and Danielle Fuller as keynote speakers. We are so grateful for the continued support of TGH/AeroMed.
Kiwanis Tampa has supported Women in Aviation Tampa Bay Chapter in many ways throughout the years. Kiwanis Tampa President, Angye Fox, is a co-Founder of WAITB as well as a our chapter's Secretary.
